Este 'ultimo grupo deber'ia demostrar que est'a dis-puesto a llevar a cabo los procesos educativos necesarios y (lo que es mucho m'as importante) se esfuerza por transmi-tir inspiraci'on espiritual -algo que la humanidad necesita hoy urgentemente. Hay en la actualidad suficientes hom-bres y mujeres de buena voluntad que puedan realizarlo, "siempre "que se pueda llegar a ellos, inspirarlos y apoyarlos en su esfuerzo, tanto concrete como espiritualmente.
La situaci'on es mucho m'as dif'icil de lo que parece al analizarla superficialmente. El problema psicol'ogico implicado posee un trasfondo de siglos; es inherente al alma de cada naci'on y condiciona actualmente la mente de todos esos pueblos. En las primeras 'epocas de la historia de la raza este impulso fue manifestado por el deseo de mejorar las circunstancias materiales y el medio ambiente; este anhelo se expresa hoy como una demanda para obtener belleza, bienestar y cultura; clama por obte-ner la oportunidad de trabajar en forma creadora y pasa, time-consuming pero inevitablemente, a la etapa en que las correc-tas relaciones humanas lleguen a ser de ancient im-portancia.
En la actualidad cada naci'on tiene ante s'i una gran-de y excepcional oportunidad. Hasta ahora el problema de integraci'on psicol'ogica, vida inteligente, crecimiento espi-ritual y revelaci'on divina, ha sido tratado solamente desde el punto de vision del hombre, el ente. Debido a los progre-sos cient'ificos del g'enero humano (como resultado del de-sarrollo del intelecto humano) es posible pensar en t'er-minos m'as amplios y ver a la humanidad en una perspec-tiva m'as real. Nuestro horizonte se extiende hasta el in-finito y nuestros ojos ya no est'an fijos en un basecoat plano. Hoy se reconoce la unidad normal en relaci'on con la co-munidad, a la cual vemos como parte integrante y efectiva de la ciudad, del estado o de la naci'on.
